I am a sole practitioner with an office located in Highland, Indiana. I have been providing a broad range of legal services to individuals throughout Northwest Indiana for 20 years. I graduated from Lew Wallace High School located in Gary, Indiana in 1971. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in 1975 at Wabash College in Central Indiana. I attended law school and earned my Juris Doctorate at the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis.
I provide a full range of legal services, representing and advising clients in the areas of criminal, family, bankruptcy, real estate, probate and estate planning, and personal injury law. I represent clients in every level of state and federal courts.

My philosophy about my legal practice is simple: I do my best to provide quality legal advice with honesty and integrity. I want my clients to know that I am being honest and upfront about their legal situation. I always strive to obtain the most current laws with respect to each individual and their legal matter. My clients deserve to hear the truth, no matter what type of legal case they have. There is no sense in lying, putting up a front, or convincing clients that their case will definitely "win" when I cannot possibly predict the future. I will inform my clients on the facts of their case, the possible outcomes, my informed opinion (based on information the client provides, the current laws in effect that may be pertinent to their case, and various other factors that may have to be weighed). I will do all of this in order to achieve a goal for the client that IS attainable.
